Article Marketing ($9.95): Article marketing is an effective way to drive targeted traffic to your blog or Web site. We will write a 350-500-word article specific to your business market niche. You will receive the article as a Word document to use however you choose, perhaps on your Web site or blog. We will submit the article to five online article directories (see our list below).

Blogging Services ($9.95): It has been proven that regularly updated material focused on a particular theme attracts more readers and potential clients to blogs. We will write keyword-optimized, content-rich content for your small-to- business size businesses when you need material for your company’s business blog. Fresh content encourages return visitors. The cost is $17 per 300-word per post. See THE EXPOSURE, our small business news blog.

Twitter Service ($1 Per Tweet): If you are a savvy small business online marketer, you undoubtedly know about social networking. Twitter is a fun place to spend time, but that's just the problem: many people spend a lot of time there but don't get an effective return for their investment. There is an art to creating Tweets that drive traffic to Web sites and blogs. Whyte-HallPR can help! As your specialist Twitter assistant, we will shorten your long website addresses (URLs), then add hash tags and searchable words/phrases that make your marketing micro posts (Tweets) easily found by your customers. These ready-to-post snippets are only $1 per Tweet and come in units of 12.

Fact Sheet ($7): Also called a sell sheet, the fact sheet contains your business’s name, owner/operator, market niche, established date, service /product information, web links, and media contact.

One-pager ($7.95): A one-pager is an important part of any media kit. It contains a concise description of the owner, a synopsis of the business, photo of the owner, photo of the business if possible, tips or story angles, and your contact information formatted to make a great first impression. This quick-glance reference sheet is used to garner small business owner interviews.

Tips Sheet ($7.00): A tips sheet is included in a marketing or media kit to show what your business is about and may include a list of topics that you are able to speak about.  The tips sheet may be a list of questions and answers that gives media personnel, particularly radio and TV talk show hosts, an idea of how well you know your subject and that it’s a perfect fit for their listening audience. Great for sending along with your pitch letter when pitching about being a guest on a talk show.

Pitch Letter for Radio/Television Interview ($7.95): There is an established protocol and certain components are necessary to be included when inquiring about being a guest on a radio talk show or the Oprah-type TV Show.  A pitch letter (also known as a Query Letter) is the cover letter that introduces an individual (author, consultants, doctor) business, a service, a product (a book, and artiste’s album, or an artist’s work], and states what you are able to offer the show's listeners.
